Role Description

This is an internship role for a Commission Sales Associate. The role involves managing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Key responsibilities include prospecting new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting product presentations, and negotiating sales deals. Some tasks include recording sales activities and customer interactions. This is a hybrid role based in Kanpur with flexibility for some work from home arrangements.

Qualifications

- Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Negotiation skills
- Proficiency in conducting product presentations and sales record maintenance
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Prior experience in sales or internships in a related field is a plus
- Passion for fragrance products and knowledge of luxury retail is an advantage
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work in Field sales
