Job Title: Real Estate Leasing Manager

This role involves coordinating and overseeing the entire leasing process, from initial prospecting to finalization. The ideal candidate will be a skilled negotiator and problem solver with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate site visits, negotiations, documentation, and administration for the leasing process.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, tenants, external counsel, architects, consultants, brokers, and municipalities to negotiate and organize leasing processes.
  • Manage and direct daily activities of the leasing operations department in accordance with organizational policies and standards.
  • Review and negotiate lease transactions and agreements.
  • Oversee completion of necessary paperwork and ensure proper customer service.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in real estate leasing or a related field is essential.
  • Postgraduate degree (PGDM/MBA) is required.
  • Certification in retail leasing is an advantage.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in leasing operations.
