Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Real Estate Sales and Leasing Manager, located in Noida. The role involves managing sales and leasing activities for commercial properties, including conducting property showings, negotiating leases and sale agreements, developing and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with marketing teams to promote properties.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Real Estate, Sales & Leasing
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market in New Delhi/NCR is a must
  • Salary Package is 4 to 6 lakhs per annum plus lucrative Brokerage Commission
