Job Description:

A key professional is required to analyze and document business requirements for commercial real estate and construction loan origination and administration. They will serve as a bridge between stakeholders, product owners, and the technology team, ensuring that solutions meet customer needs.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will lead workshops, interviews, and surveys to understand stakeholder needs and pain points. They will translate these needs into clear user stories and collaborate with product owners to define product vision and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit and analyze detailed business requirements for CRE & Construction loan origination and post-closing administration.
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys with stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Translate business needs into clear, concise, and testable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with product owners to define product vision, roadmap, and release plans.
  • Develop new features and functionalities for the loan origination and administration platform.
  • Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.
