We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our team at a leading technology company. This role will involve designing, planning and executing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent from various sources.
  • Candidate Review: Conduct thorough reviews of employment applications and background check reports for candidates in the offer stage.
  • Position Tracking: Update position tracking tools regularly and timely to ensure efficient hiring process.
  • New Recruitment Channels: Identify and explore new recruitment channels when necessary to expand reach.
  • Training Needs: Collaborate with functional leaders to identify training needs and implement plans accordingly.
  • Attendance: Ensure accurate attendance records for error-free payroll calculation and processing.
  • Exit Procedures: Oversee exit procedures including exit documents, procedure, exit interviews for entry-level employees.
  • Performance Discussions: Conduct regular performance discussions and provide feedback through Quarterly evaluations, goal-setting, peer review, assessment appraisal process, periodical employee development discussions.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts and address employee issues and grievances effectively.
  • Employee Survey: Lead employee surveys to maximize participation following global guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Any graduate with 5-7 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Recruiting Skills: Strong recruiting skills: sourcing, screening, interviewing, etc.
  • Local Labor Laws: Knowledge of local Indian labor laws and policies.
  • Compensation Best Practices: Strong knowledge of compensation best practices: payroll, bonus system, allowances.

Competency Skills:

  • Communication Skills: Clear, professional communication skills both verbally and in written form.
  • MS Office Proficiency: Proficient with MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Time Management: Ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Integrity and Reliability: High integrity and reliability; keen judgment and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Action Orientation: Action orientation, ability to problem-solve and get results.
  • Diversity Teamwork: Ability to work within a diverse team as well as independently.
  • Time and Resource Management: Ability to manage time and resources effectively within a deadline-driven environment.
