Expand Business Horizons as a Senior Partner Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Forge novel strategic partnerships with companies, unlocking fresh growth opportunities.
- Catalyze revenue expansion through existing onboarded projects, driving business forward.
- Nurture and sustain high-performing teams, ensuring exceptional results.
- Implement effective hiring strategies, manage attrition adeptly, and foster a culture of excellence.
- Identify and engage potential partners to strategically expand market presence, capitalizing on new opportunities.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient onboarding processes, minimizing friction.
- Offer expert guidance and support to partners throughout the onboarding journey, addressing any challenges that may arise.
- Continuously assess and improve onboarding and partnership processes, guaranteeing optimal outcomes.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to partner onboarding and network expansion, leveraging data to drive informed decision-making.
- Oversee P&L management, ensuring Sales and Marketing expenses (Customer Acquisition Cost) remain around 25% while maintaining a minimum profit margin of 40%.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is essential.
- MBA is highly desirable for career advancement.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or franchise operations is required.
- A proven track record of successfully onboarding and managing business/franchise partners is crucial.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are paramount.
- Strong analytical skills, enabling the ability to derive insights from data, are necessary.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is vital.
- High level of organizational and multitasking skills is required.
