
Insurance Sales Leader

- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to meet bancassurance targets.
- Monitor and drive the performance of sales teams in assigned bank branches, ensuring optimal results.
- Identify new business opportunities to increase insurance penetration within the bank.
- Relationship Building and Management:
- Maintain strong working relationships with bank leadership and branch staff, fostering collaboration and trust.
- Act as a liaison between the insurance company and the bank, ensuring alignment of goals and objectives.
- Training and Development:
- Provide regular training sessions for bank staff on insurance products and sales techniques, enhancing their knowledge and skills.
- Ensure continuous learning and updates on new insurance products, regulations, and industry trends.
- Compliance and Process Management:
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies, maintaining a high level of operational efficiency.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Analyze sales trends and customer behavior to inform product development and strategic decisions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an asset.
- Experience: Minimum 4–6 years of experience in bancassurance, insurance sales, or financial services, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
