Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance Management:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to meet bancassurance targets.
  • Monitor and drive the performance of sales teams in assigned bank branches, ensuring optimal results.
  • Identify new business opportunities to increase insurance penetration within the bank.
  • Relationship Building and Management:
  • Maintain strong working relationships with bank leadership and branch staff, fostering collaboration and trust.
  • Act as a liaison between the insurance company and the bank, ensuring alignment of goals and objectives.
  • Training and Development:
  • Provide regular training sessions for bank staff on insurance products and sales techniques, enhancing their knowledge and skills.
  • Ensure continuous learning and updates on new insurance products, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Compliance and Process Management:
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies, maintaining a high level of operational efficiency.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Analyze sales trends and customer behavior to inform product development and strategic decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an asset.
  • Experience: Minimum 4–6 years of experience in bancassurance, insurance sales, or financial services, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
