
Retail Insurance Sales Leader

As a highly accomplished sales professional, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our retail insurance business. You will lead and scale our direct-to-customer (D2C) insurance sales channel, developing and executing strategies to acquire new customers and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of sales professionals focused on digital, tele calling, and front line sales channels
- Collaborate with product, underwriting, data, marketing, and tech teams to ensure seamless integration of insurance offerings across platforms
- Partner with insurers to develop insurance offerings and improve commercial viability
- Monitor and improve key metrics such as attachment rates, conversion, persistency, and customer acquisition cost (CAC)
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in retail insurance sales, preferably from Insurtech companies or D2C digital platforms
- Experience in selling general insurance and health business is preferred
- Familiarity with API-led insurance distribution, point of sale platform (POSP), or affiliate-led online sales
- Exposure to early-stage growth companies or fintechs
Skillset:
- Proven track record in digital D2C insurance sales
- Strong analytical mindset, familiarity with CRM, funnel management, and campaign ROI measurement
- Leadership and team-building experience in a fast-paced digital sales environment
