The Opportunity

You will have the chance to work with a market leader in IT Services, taking on a leadership role and being part of a company with a proven track record of success.

The Job

Responsibilities include managing incoming phone calls, identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction, and providing accurate information using the right methods and tools. You will also be responsible for handling customer queries, providing solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.

The Profile

Requirements include proven customer care experience in an International BPO or experience as a Travel Sales Representative, strong phone contact handling skills, and active listening. You must also have customer orientation, the ability to adapt to different characters, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions

Working days: 24 days in a month, 2 paid leaves, and 1 birthday leave. Shifts: US shift (Inbound Voice) with fixed shifts and roster off. Incentives: up to 4 lacs in a month (average 10 k to 50 k in a month) apart from salary. Salary: 20K to 30K. Training: 30 days paid training.
