  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Guest Service: Greet guests at the entrance of the restaurant, seat them according to the floor plan, and ensure they are pleased with their table.
    • Table Management: Monitor the preparation of own assignments, ensure tables are set to the best service of the guest, and anticipate heavy business times to organize procedures to handle waiting lines.
    • Communication: Answer telephones within 3 rings, take records and confirm restaurant reservations/cancellations, and communicate changes to management as they arise throughout the shift.
    • Inventory Management: Assist in carrying out monthly/quarterly/yearly inventory of operating equipment, perform cashiering functions, and perform beverage inventory on a daily basis.
    • General Duties: Report for duty punctually, wear the correct uniform, and maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
  • Requirements:
    • Qualifications: Relevant experience as a F&B Hostess or similar, diploma/BS degree in hospitality management/business administration or related field, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in English.
  • Working Hours: Flexible hours, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
