We are seeking a skilled Reservations Executive to join our team at Raffles Udaipur.



This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the success of our hotel. As a Reservations Executive, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue growth.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide friendly and engaging service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Offer expert advice on room selection and up-selling opportunities to maximize revenue
  • Provide accurate and timely information on hotel facilities and services
  • Process room reservations, manage rooming lists, and update the system with accurate information
  • Ensure that team members refer to guest history before creating a guest folio, following special instructions for regular and VIP guests
  • Manage occupancy and room availability, ensuring accurate positioning of the hotel
  • Monitor and record corporate account numbers on guest folios to track business generated through respective companies
  • Implement calculative overbooking strategies
  • Offer discounts and corporate rates, adhering to company policy
  • Supervise and delegate work to reservation associates
  • Ensure all reservations are recorded according to standard procedures
  • Take on additional responsibilities as delegated by management


Requirements:


  • Guest-focused personality with prior experience in reservations or a related field
  • Proficiency in Opera or a similar system
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Degree or post-graduation in hotel management or a relevant field
