Role Description

The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving business growth by targeting coaching classes and bookstores within an assigned territory.

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business prospects that align with sales targets.
  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitors, and new potential clients.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding their needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations that add value to their business.
  • Provide actionable feedback to marketing and product development teams to facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
  • Analyze sales performance against targets and implement strategies for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum
