We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to drive business growth through strategic acquisition of new clients and expansion of existing relationships.
Key responsibilities include lead generation, client engagement, sales strategy development, relationship management, market research, negotiation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels like cold calling, social media, email outreach, and networking events.
- Client Engagement: Engage with prospects, understand their business needs, and present tailored solutions that align with our services.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and increase revenue from existing ones.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitors, and client requirements to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and project teams to ensure alignment in sales pitches and client needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the business development process and familiarity with digital marketing, IT services, or software products.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients at all levels.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to understand client needs and offer effective solutions.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM software to track client interactions and sales progress.
- Self-Motivated: Goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
