We're Hiring: AVP – Sales/Regional Sales Head (General Trade)

???? Location: Chandigarh/Ludhiana (covering Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, J&K & part of Haryana)

???? Team Size: 3 ASMs + 35 Sales Executives

What You'll Do:

Develop & execute annual GT sales plans aligned with business objectives

Drive market expansion with new distributor on boarding

Lead & coach ASMs and Sales Executives to achieve ambitious goals

Ensure execution excellence across trade marketing & activations

Build lasting relationships with distributors, wholesalers & retailers

What We're Looking For:

MBA (Tier I/II preferred)

4–9 years of FMCG/Beverages sales experience

Proven success in managing large-scale GT operations across regions

Strong leadership, negotiation & relationship-building skills

Data-driven decision-making and market insight
