Paid Internship- Client Account Management Intern

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

- Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
- Address client inquiries and ensure timely communication.

Campaign Planning & Execution

- Work with creative, strategy, and media teams to align campaigns with client goals.
- Assist in preparing proposals, reports, and campaign briefs.
- Oversee campaign execution, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.

Account Growth & Upselling

- Identify opportunities for additional services to enhance client success.
- Support in preparing pitches and presentations for business expansion.

Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and campaign progress.
- Prepare performance reports with insights for continuous improvement.

Collaboration & Teamwork

- Work closely with the Client Account Manager to drive account strategies.
- Support cross-functional teams for seamless client servicing.

What Were Looking For:

Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus.
