About the Role- Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring high-level customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms, leveraging insights and analytics to optimize results.
- Create engaging content that aligns with client brand guidelines and marketing objectives, utilizing creativity and technical skills to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, using data-driven insights to inform future marketing decisions.
- Manage client communications, including emails, calls, and meetings, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions, fostering strong relationships and open communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in client service or digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in social media analytics tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse communication styles.
- Proficiency in content creation, including writing, graphic design, and video production.
- Knowledge of social media scheduling and management tools, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong project management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances.
