Job Description:

As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. You will work closely with our creative, strategy, and production teams to deliver high-quality branding and advertising solutions. Your role will involve managing client relationships, overseeing project execution, and driving business growth through exceptional service and strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Understand client goals, challenges, and industry trends to provide strategic guidance and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, digital, and production) to develop and execute branding and advertising campaigns.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful and on-time delivery.
  • Present campaign ideas, proposals, and results to clients with confidence and clarity.
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts and contribute to new business development efforts.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably within a branding, advertising, or marketing agency.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of branding, advertising, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) is a plus.
