Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accountant, located in Chandigarh. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing the overall accounting activities, ensuring compliance with accounting policies, and preparing financial statements. The role includes conducting financial analysis, handling tax-related matters, developing internal controls, and overseeing accounts payable and receivable processes. Additionally, the Senior Accountant will collaborate with different departments to support financial planning and decision-making.

Qualifications

- Accounting and Financial Reporting skills, including proficiency with accounting software
- Experience in Financial Analysis and Budgeting
- Knowledge of Taxation and Compliance
- Skills in Accounts Payable and Receivable management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in the event management industry is a plus
- Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred
