
Strategic Business Growth Lead

As the key strategist for driving business growth in a specified region, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase market share.
This role requires a high level of expertise in managing teams and ensuring they meet set targets.
You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the region and serving as the primary point of contact for all queries related to the business.
To achieve this, you will lead a team of Relationship Managers tasked with acquiring and managing relationships with trusts, associations, societies, associations, and government institutions.
- Gather and analyze data to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.
- Guide the team in providing excellent customer service based on their requirements and ensure compliance with RBI's and state regulations.
- Develop and implement effective training programs for the team to enhance their knowledge and skills in areas like KYC, account opening procedures, documentation, and regular follow-ups.
We are looking for candidates with proven experience in TASC & Government Business. They should have good knowledge of TASC & Government Business account opening formalities and its documentation.
Candidates should be able to handle a team of Relationship Managers who will be in Manager/Sr. Manager grade.
