About the Job

We are looking for a seasoned Retail Sales Manager to lead our Furniture Showroom in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, particularly within the furniture industry.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve showroom targets and drive business growth.
  • Promote a high-performing sales team by leading, motivating, and mentoring staff to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure the showroom is well-stocked with products and meets customer demand.
  • Train and develop staff on product knowledge and effective selling techniques to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
  • Nurture strong relationships with customers and suppliers to drive business success.
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards across all interactions.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4-10 years of experience in retail sales management, preferably in the furniture or home decor sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in sales analytics and reporting tools to inform business decisions.
  • The ability to design and implement effective sales strategies that drive results.
  • In-depth knowledge of furniture products and industry trends.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
