We are a leading IT software organisation dedicated to providing innovative solutions to clients worldwide As part of our expansion we are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive BDE to join our team Job Title Business Development Executive BDE Location Chandigarh or nearby preferred Experience Required 2-3 Years ONLY EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES ARE REQUIRED Position Type Full-timeShift Day Shift Flexible Working Hours Compensation 18k-30k Depends on the knowledge and work Experience Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive BDE to drive business growth through strategic acquisition of new clients and expansion of existing relationships The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business development a proven track record of sales and the ability to forge strong professional relationships Key Responsibilities Lead Generation Identify and research potential clients through various channels like cold calling social media email outreach and networking events Client Engagement Engage with prospects understand their business needs and present tailored solutions that align with company services Sales Strategy Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and increase revenue from existing ones Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships Market Research Analyze market trends competitors and client requirements to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly Negotiation Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve sales targets Collaboration Work closely with the marketing and project teams to ensure alignment in sales pitches and client needs Reporting Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on sales performance pipeline status and market insights Required Skills Qualifications Experience 2-3 years of experience in business development sales or a related field Industry Knowledge In-depth knowledge of the business development process and familiarity with digital marketing IT services or software products if applicable Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients at all levels Negotiation Skills Proven ability to negotiate and close deals Problem-Solving Strong problem-solving skills to understand client needs and offer effective solutions CRM Proficiency Experience using CRM software to track client interactions and sales progress Self-Motivated Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications - Bachelors in Computer Application or related- Good Knowledge of BDE Marketing social media platforms- Experience in lead generation tools and software - Familiarity with social media marketing and digital platforms - Knowledge of the latest business development trends and strategies Compensation Competitive salary based on experience How to Apply Interested candidates can send their resume If your application is found suitable HR will contact you further ref updazz com
