**Major Deliverables**
- Maintain accurate employee records and handle HR documentation.
- Manage employee records, including personal information, employment history data.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on various HR metrics such as attendance, absenteeism, left out cases.
- Assist with payroll administration and timekeeping systems.
- Coordinate with vendors related to uniform procurement and payment.
- Conduct regular HR audits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of HR processes and procedures.

**Essential Attributes & Experience**
- 1 years of experience in HR data management, MIS, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Data management system.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
