**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports and dashboards for management.
- Use **Advanced Excel** and Handling Google sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query, etc.) for data analysis and reporting.
- Write, test, and implement App Scripts/App Sheets for automation and data processing tasks.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Support different departments with timely reports and insights for operational and strategic decisions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all MIS reports.
- Collaborate with IT/Tech teams to improve data management processes and reporting systems.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Commerce, or related field**.
- Proven experience as an **MIS Executive / Data Analyst / Reporting Executive**.
- Strong proficiency in **Advanced Excel** (mandatory).
- Profficient in **Google Workspace**.
- Good knowledge of **App Sheet/ App Script** for automation and data handling.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL knowledge will be an added advantage).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and deadlines.

**Salary & Benefits**
- **Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 per month (based on skills & experience).
