The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and analyzing data, preparing regular and ad-hoc reports, and ensuring timely availability of accurate information to support decision-making across the organization. The role involves data management, reporting, and coordination with various departments for information flow.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collect, validate, and analyse data from different departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports.
- Design and maintain dashboards, trackers, and databases in Excel.
- Monitor data accuracy and perform regular audits to ensure consistency.
- Provide insights through data analysis to assist in strategic and operational decisions.
- Handle ad-hoc data requests and prepare customized reports as required.
- Coordinate with Admin teams for system access, data extraction, and process improvements.
- Ensure confidentiality and data security at all times.

**Required Skills & Competencies**
- Strong knowledge of **MS Excel** (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Data Validation, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in MIS / Data Management / Reporting.
- Exposure to business analytics or advanced reporting tools will be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
