Job Title: Education Sales Manager

Role Description: This is a full-time onsite role for a School Sales Manager at Evarastaffing located in Pune. The School Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and capturing new business opportunities in the education sector. The task also involves managing and growing the existing accounts to achieve sales targets and managing leads and opportunities of the funnel. Additionally, the Manager will establish and maintain relationships with schools, managing internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the solution offerings are updated in accordance with customer and industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve individual school sales targets
  • Meet school heads and owners to promote Company programs
  • Meet heads of school chains to empanel Co. as adventure/travel vendor
  • Promote Co. through school conferences, associations, professional bodies, etc.
  • Recruit and groom school sales team to increase penetration in qualified school list
  • Work as part of the operations team in camps to ensure smooth delivery of programs
  • Update daily sales efforts in CRM CDIS and other platforms
  • Provide 24 x 7 support to the team and clients
  • Maintain and update different types of records and files
  • Comply with all existing and new rules informed from time to time

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in school sales (preferable in tour and travel)
  • Postgraduate (preferable in Marketing/travel/sports management)
  • Good communication & presentation skills
  • Excellent public relations skills
  • Sales-oriented go-getter attitude

Growth and Compensation:

  • Fixed Salary of Rs. 68 Lakh per Annum
  • Attractive incentive structure after probation
