  1. Ensure favorable HCP recommendations through scientific promotion for expert detailing in relevant specialties.
  2. Demonstrate effective pre and post-call planning tailored to specific HCP requirements.
  3. Analyze territory performance data and build comprehensive profiles of doctors and chemists for efficient territory management.
  4. Maintain accurate records of monthly inventory and reconcile discrepancies.
  5. Provide timely reports according to established systems and processes.
Requirements
  • Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
