- Sales Growth and Market Development:

- Work closely with the sales team to improve sales processes, develop new business leads, and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and submit quotes and proposals to clients, ensuring they are aligned with customer needs and company capabilities.
- Business Growth and Strategy:
- Develop goals for the development team and business growth, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Track progress and adjust strategies to meet established targets.
- Team Development and Training:
- Train and mentor team members to help them develop their skills and succeed in their roles.
- Provide ongoing support to the business development team, ensuring a collaborative and productive environment.
- Skills Required:
