Drive Sales Growth as a Senior Business Development Executive

As a seasoned business leader, you will spearhead sales growth by owning the sales funnel and driving closure. You will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets on projects through a team of 6-10 designers.

  • Funnel Management: Ensure a higher conversion rate output by managing the sales funnel effectively.
  • Project Targeting: Target and achieve 12-15 projects per month by securing new project bookings.
  • Customer Experience: Be responsible for customer experience and relationship management.
  • Team Enablement: Train designers to ensure sales and enable them to achieve their targets.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: B-Arch (preferred) or equivalent with relevant industry exposure.
  • Experience: 5+ years in B2C business development and growth.
  • Leadership: Minimum 1 year of managerial experience leading a team.
