Senior Business Development Executive

To achieve sales targets, identify potential customer segments and develop strategies to reach them. Collaborate with regional teams, channel partners, and dealership staff to execute plans, conduct BTL campaigns, and review performance metrics.

Post-graduate degree in Sales or Marketing, 5-8 years of experience managing B2B accounts, and expertise in direct sales, channel management, and negotiation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work with multiple stakeholders, and self-initiative are essential.
Key Skills:High self-initiative and drive, Effective verbal and written communication, Interpersonal skills, Networking skills, Customer orientation.
Others:Work in close coordination with TSMs, Area Managers, Dealerships, Stakeholder Profiles, Internal RM planning, Retail Marketing working corporate offers within the required budget, External Channel Partners planning delivery, Corporates Institutions formal engagement platforms, Direct meetings feedback.
