Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing & Business Development Executive to drive UzuHealth's growth by building strong partnerships with doctors, laboratories, pharmacies, and healthcare organizations. This role combines strategic marketing, business development, and on-ground execution to expand our footprint in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Doctor & Lab Partner Acquisition: Source, pitch, and onboard doctors from both local and metro cities; establish partnerships with laboratories.
  • Healthcare Marketing Execution: Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns including health camps, corporate awareness programs, and community outreach in line with healthcare regulations.
  • Customer Engagement: Collect testimonials, conduct awareness programs, and foster long-term relationships with patients and partners.
  • Vendor & Campaign Coordination: Manage vendors for marketing collateral (hoardings, radio ads, events) and coordinate campaign execution.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior executives; coordinate with internal teams to resolve service delivery issues.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.

Performance KPIs:

  • Monthly doctor and lab onboarding targets.
  • B2B software sales conversion rates.
  • Event and campaign ROI.
  • Partner and customer retention rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA in Marketing preferred).
  • 3–5 years' experience in healthcare sales/marketing with proven track record.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Assamese, and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of healthcare services, regulatory practices, and ethical marketing.
