Client Success Strategist

Bik is a fast-growing e-commerce company backed by YC and Sequoia, with major sales in the US and India. Our products cater to the entire e-commerce ecosystem.
We are seeking an experienced Cross-Sell and Upsell Expert who can lead our Client Success team to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have:
- A proven track record of managing high-performing teams (10+ people) across different time zones (IST and ET).
- Experience in building and implementing efficient processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Hands-on experience with Hubspot and ability to make reporting transparent.
- Knowledge of global SAAS experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities, delivering quarterly targets from existing clients, and maintaining a churn rate below 1%. They will also work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
