Job Title: Business Development Manager - Data Solutions

Location:

Bharti Soft Tech Pvt Ltd is seeking a Business Development Manager - Data Solutions to lead the sales team in driving revenue growth through innovative data solutions.

Salary: ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the data analytics market and be able to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer base.
  • Product Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new data solutions products.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of experience in sales and business development.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer base.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
