Job Description

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a results-driven professional to lead business development efforts in the industrial sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, industry knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  1. Generate leads from existing customers and acquire new business accounts through market penetration and consultant engagement.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  3. Negotiate with customers to achieve win-win situations and close orders.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 6-15 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Industry exposure to industrial equipment manufacturing and valve technologies.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
What We Offer
