We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our dynamic sales team, specializing in B2B SaaS products within the Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) space. This role involves exploring new business opportunities across the globe in CPaaS software sales.

Job Overview:
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities in CPaaS software sales.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects, understanding their unique challenges, and articulating how our SaaS solutions can address their needs effectively.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition and functionality of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to understand CPaaS product roadmaps and upcoming features.
  • Provide feedback from the field to product development teams to influence CPaaS product direction.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure alignment and understanding of CPaaS solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering only.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in a SaaS selling space.
  • Strong technical background with a thorough understanding of CPaaS and related technologies.
Compensation Package:
  • An estimated annual salary of ₹6,50,000 - ₹8,50,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
  • Performance-based incentives and bonuses.
