Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Brand Growth Specialist to deliver high-value, strategic solutions to sellers on the Launchpad program.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable interfacing with technology systems, analyzing data, and gathering actionable conclusions.

This role requires adaptability in a rapidly changing environment and dealing with ambiguous situations.

The successful candidate will have a service-oriented mindset, prior client-facing experience, and an ability to work in an environment with minimal supervision.

Key qualifications include a strong understanding of the Amazon Seller ecosystem, eagerness to explore new processes and opportunities, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities:

- Understand products and services offered by Amazon Launchpad and articulate its features and benefits to brands and stakeholders.

- Develop and deliver brand-facing solutions to solve critical business challenges for sellers.

- Own the brands' growth and success within the program, continuously engaging with sellers and internal teams to ideate on new solutions for seller success.

- Analyze data with rigor and detail orientation to identify and solve problems for brands on the program.

- Manage integration of portfolio sellers, helping them become self-reliant through basic training, focusing on brand development and exceeding sales goals.

- Discovery of strategic business opportunities for brands through cross-functional collaboration with category teams, sales teams, etc.

- Accountable to meet business goals for their function, ensuring removal of roadblocks with minimal supervision.

- Drive weekly/monthly business reviews with partner teams, peers, management, proactively gathering and sharing data to influence business decisions.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of sales experience

- Experience in an analytical, data/results-oriented environment with external customer interaction

Prioritizing Success:
