
Channel Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our channel partner development efforts across the region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving effective management of revenues from various channel partners, including Regional Service Providers, Consolidators, FCCs, and OSCs. This will involve actively driving the entire cycle of channel development, from identification and start-up support to capability development, revenue monitoring, and corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement overall channel partner development strategy in line with our organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities for introducing new channel partners and drive revenue generation and expansion of our geographical reach.
- Analyze financial benefits derived from additions to RSPs, Consolidators, FCCs, and other channel partners.
- Support development of Standard Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for Regional Service Participants and work closely with the Legal team to develop contracts.
- Drive identification and empanelment of channel partners through field visits, references, and inputs from operations and sales teams.
- Monitor channel partner performance and take corrective actions as needed.
