Role Overview

This 3-month internship provides a unique chance to work closely with our experienced recruitment team, supporting the identification and attraction of top talent. As a Recruitment Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be involved in various aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and maintaining an organized applicant tracking system (ATS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Collaborate with managers/leads to understand role requirements and candidate profiles, utilizing various channels such as social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications and interest levels, ensuring timely and efficient communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, streamlining the interview process for seamless candidate experiences.
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Assist the recruitment team in maintaining an up-to-date ATS with accurate candidate information, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Candidate Communication: Support effective communication with candidates, providing clear and concise updates on their application status.

Requirements:

  • Education: Recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Tools: Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools is beneficial but not required.
