Job Title: Senior Sales Executive
Salary Estimate: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Executive. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving sales growth, fostering customer relationships, and contributing to our company's overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
- Sales Promotion: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies, promoting sales, promotions, and loyalty programs to drive revenue growth.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensure efficient restocking and display arrangements, and monitor stock movements.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, share knowledge, and support one another in maintaining a positive work environment.
- Transaction Processing: Process payments, handle returns, and manage customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Security and Compliance: Monitor the sales floor, report suspicious activity, and adhere to security policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in sales or customer service industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong numerical skills for accurate calculations of taxes and discounts.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Problem-solving abilities to handle customer concerns effectively.
