About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sales Business Development Manager to join our team at Dodge Industrial, Inc.
Job Summary
This role will focus on developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in assigned markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical power transmission products and excellent sales and business development skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets for assigned markets.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- New Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new customers and expand existing customer relationships.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronic Engineering.
- 5-8 years' experience in sales of mechanical power transmission products.
- Fluent in English, written and verbal.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
- Strong technical skills in mechanical power transmission products.
- Technical skills to include hands-on experience with mounted bearings, enclosed gearing, couplings, pulleys, and other PT components.
- Computer skills: MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Auto-CAD, SAP, and Sales Force.
Compensation
The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
