Sales Executive

We are seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, enhancing customer experiences, and contributing to our overall business success.

Main Responsibilities:

  • CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT: Greet customers warmly, provide comprehensive product information, and address inquiries effectively.
  • SALES PROMOTION: Actively promote sales, promotions, and loyalty programs to boost sales figures.
  • INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: Efficiently restock shelves, arrange displays, and report low stock levels.
  • TEAM COLLABORATION: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
  • TRANSACTION PROCESSING: Accurately process payments, handle returns, and manage customer transactions.
  • SECURITY AND COMPLIANCE: Monitor the sales floor, report suspicious activity if any, and adhere to security policies.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in sales or customer service industry.
  • Strong numerical skills for accurate calculations of taxes and discounts is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
  • Problem-solving abilities to handle customer concerns effectively.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for sales.

The estimated salary for this position is ₹15 lakhs - ₹20 lakhs per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
