About the Role
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our business development initiatives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or finance.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
