We are seeking an experienced Government Tender Sales Specialist to join our team. This individual will have a proven track record of success in managing tenders and bids, e-procurement, catalog management, and vendor registration.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about navigating the complexities of government and institutional sales, ensuring Suryavanshi Ventures remains a trusted partner for our stakeholders.

This role is based in Jabalpur with flexibility for remote work.

About the Role

The Government Tender Sales Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Tender Management:
    • Research and identify tender opportunities across government and institutional sectors.
    • Prepare, review, and submit tenders and bids within deadlines.
    • Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and regulations.
  • E-Procurement:
    • Manage e-procurement platforms and processes effectively.
    • Maintain accurate records of tender submissions and correspondence.
    • Monitor updates and notifications related to e-procurement portals.
  • Catalog Management:
    • Create and maintain product and service catalogs tailored for government tenders.
    • Update and optimize catalogs based on tender requirements and market trends.
  • Vendor Registration:
    • Handle vendor registration processes with government and institutional clients.
    • Ensure all necessary documentation and compliance standards are met.
  • Government Sales:
    • Build and nurture relationships with government departments and key stakeholders.
    • Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the government sector.
    • Provide regular updates and reports on government sales activities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in tender management, government sales, or e-procurement.
  • Strong knowledge of tendering platforms, e-procurement systems, and government procurement processes.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tender management software.
