Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Tender Executive and Government Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing tenders and bids, e-procurement, catalog management, and vendor registration. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about navigating the complexities of government and institutional sales, ensuring Suryavanshi Ventures remains a trusted partner for our stakeholders. This role is based in Jabalpur with flexibility for remote work.


Key Responsibilities

  • Tender Management:
  1. Research and identify tender opportunities across government and institutional sectors.
  2. Prepare, review, and submit tenders and bids within deadlines.
  3. Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and regulations.


  • E-Procurement:
  1. Manage e-procurement platforms and processes effectively.
  2. Maintain accurate records of tender submissions and correspondence.
  3. Monitor updates and notifications related to e-procurement portals.


  • Catalog Management:
  1. Create and maintain product and service catalogs tailored for government tenders.
  2. Update and optimize catalogs based on tender requirements and market trends.


  • Vendor Registration:
  1. Handle vendor registration processes with government and institutional clients.
  2. Ensure all necessary documentation and compliance standards are met.


  • Government Sales:
  1. Build and nurture relationships with government departments and key stakeholders.
  2. Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the government sector.
  3. Provide regular updates and reports on government sales activities.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in tender management, government sales, or e-procurement.
  • Strong knowledge of tendering platforms, e-procurement systems, and government procurement processes.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tender management software.
