Strategic Business Expansion Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Strategic Business Expansion Specialist to lead our initiatives in generating and engaging with business partners, ultimately building new business for Santiago Lifeciences Pvt Ltd. This role requires strong communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to execute strategic plans.
Responsibilities:
- Identify partnership opportunities to drive business growth
- Develop new relationships to expand our customer base
- Maintain existing business partnerships
- Think critically when planning to ensure project success
Requirements:
- Experience as a sales executive or business development manager in pharma franchise business
- Knowledge of medicine formulations and molecules
- Computer knowledge, including Windows and MS Office
- Proficiency in English and Hindi
- Problem-solving skills
- Adaptability
- Ability to work in a team
- Team coordination and motivation
Estimated Salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
