Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Director to lead our digital sales efforts in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business plans to achieve sales targets.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in digital sales leadership, with expertise in managing teams and driving revenue growth through innovative strategies. Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth through digital channels.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to develop and implement integrated sales strategies that drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Digital Sales Experience: Proven experience in digital sales leadership, with a strong track record of success in driving revenue growth through online channels.
  • Team Management: Experience in leading and managing high-performing sales teams, with a focus on developing and retaining top talent.
  • Market Analysis: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
