Senior Business Development Director

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Director to lead our digital sales efforts in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business plans to achieve sales targets.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in digital sales leadership, with expertise in managing teams and driving revenue growth through innovative strategies. Your strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders will enable you to collaborate effectively across functions and drive results-oriented solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth through digital channels.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to develop and implement integrated sales strategies that drive business growth.
- Digital Sales Experience: Proven experience in digital sales leadership, with a strong track record of success in driving revenue growth through online channels.
- Team Management: Experience in leading and managing high-performing sales teams, with a focus on developing and retaining top talent.
- Market Analysis: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
