Job Title: Business Alliance Specialist
Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Business Alliance Specialist to drive strategic partnerships and foster growth within assigned segments. This role involves identifying, negotiating, and managing end-to-end partnerships with key players in the financial services, e-commerce, logistics, and government sectors.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, partnership management, or business development, with a proven track record of revenue generation through strategic hunting, farming, deal negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and establish new partner alliances in assigned segments to expand our cash business.
- Nurture long-term partnerships with Financial Institutions (NBFCs, MFIs, E-commerce, Logistics) and Government bodies.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance our market presence.
- Cross-sell and penetrate all lines of business into partner accounts.
- Maintain Profit & Loss (P&L) accountability for assigned initiatives.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, partnership management, or business development within financial services, e-commerce, logistics, or government sectors.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to manage complex partnerships end-to-end with revenue ownership.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
