Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior UI/UX Designer to spearhead our digital product design efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Create comprehensive UX flows, wireframes, visual designs, iconography, illustrations, UI animations, prototypes, interaction models, and UI specifications across web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to develop end-to-end flows, wireframes, visual designs, mockups, illustrations, UI/UX animations, digital prototypes, interaction models, and UI specifications across web and mobile applications.
  • Apply creativity to devise innovative solutions for enhancing user experience.
  • Develop intuitive interfaces and interaction layers using best practices, the latest design trends, and available tools.
  • Develop and annotate user flows, journeys, and personas.
  • Illustrate design concepts through clear storyboards, process flows, sitemaps, and prototypes.
  • Participate in design brainstorms with product stakeholders to understand product details and user needs.
  • Drive the digital design process, including digital campaigns, websites, and interactive experiences.
  • Define and manage the appropriate design approach for differentiating experiences.
  • Execute all visual design from concept to final handoff to Engineering.
  • Develop workflows, low-fi designs, high-quality designs, and other artifacts needed for collaboration and iteration.
  • Work with the Product Team, including input sessions, UX reviews, etc.
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams to implement and validate UI designs, providing guidance and support during the development process.
  • Apply best practices to ensure consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across various platforms and devices based on industry trending designs.
  • Responsible for continuous improvement in design and design processes through open communication and feedback.
  • Responsible for designing solutions, features, iterations, tests, and delightful moments that will propel Innerscore forward.
  • Develop process flows, wireframes, and mockups to effectively conceptualize and communicate high-level design strategies and detailed interaction models.
