Lead UI/UX Designer Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned Lead UI/UX Designer to join our team. As an AI-Augmented UI/UX Designer, you will become an architect of design, harnessing artificial intelligence to amplify human creativity and push the boundaries of what's possible.

The role involves designing intuitive, beautiful, and intelligent experiences that make complex business operations feel effortless. You'll work closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to balance user needs with business objectives.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Designing with AI superpowers (40%): Utilizing AI design tools like Figma AI, Adobe XD, Sketch, Midjourney, DALL-E, UXPin, Uizard, Lovable, Jasper & Galileo AI to rapidly ideate and iterate.
  • Crafting human-centered experiences (35%): Designing intuitive interfaces for complex enterprise applications and consumer products, conducting user research and synthesizing insights into actionable design decisions.
  • Collaborating & innovating (25%): Working closely with engineers to bring designs to life with pixel-perfect implementation, partnering with product managers to balance user needs with business objectives, and collaborating with sales/marketing to ensure design supports growth & conversion goals.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing mobile and web applications.
  • AI tool proficiency - demonstrated experience with AI-powered design tools.
  • Exceptional understanding of color psychology, accessibility, and visual hierarchy.
  • Proven ability to understand user needs through research, testing, and data analysis.
  • Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
  • A proven track record of planning design systems ahead, creating roadmaps, and anticipating scalability needs.
  • Expertise in prompt engineering to extract maximum value from AI tools, crafting precise prompts for design generation.
