Key Growth Strategist Position Overview

We're seeking a skilled growth strategist to lead our user acquisition and community building efforts.

The ideal candidate will own user growth - from first contact to active usage. This means being present where traders are, building genuine relationships, and creating a community around our product.

  • Build presence in trading communities - Become an active, trusted member of key platforms like Reddit, Discord, and Telegram
  • Drive user acquisition - Identify and convert potential users through personalized outreach and demos
  • Develop partnerships - Build relationships with trading institutes, broker offices, and educational platforms
  • Personal onboarding - Ensure new users understand and actively use the product
  • Create community - Build and nurture user communities for knowledge sharing and engagement
  • Run growth experiments - Test acquisition channels, measure results, and scale what works
  • Own the metrics - Take full responsibility for user acquisition and activation targets

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the Indian trading ecosystem
  • Proven track record in user acquisition with measurable results
  • Experience building or managing communities (1000+ members)
  • Comfort with both digital and in-person engagement
  • Ability to conduct product demonstrations effectively
  • Analytical mindset with experience in growth metrics
