This leadership role oversees the revenue management strategy for a portfolio of 23 hotels across India, driving top-line performance and achieving budget goals. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and implementing best-in-class revenue management practices, ensuring efficient use of systems, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

About the Role

The Director of Revenue Management is responsible for leading a team of analysts to create and implement pricing strategies, analyze market and hotel data, and drive revenue growth through tactical campaigns and promotions. Key responsibilities include:
  • Top-Line Performance: Collaborate with hotel leadership to achieve revenue budgets and market share targets, leveraging market and hotel data to inform pricing strategies.
  • Revenue Management Expertise: Develop and implement best-in-class revenue management practices across the portfolio, ensuring efficient use of revenue management systems and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate a team of revenue managers, fostering professional growth and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration or Business Administration with 8+ years of hotel industry experience (prior revenue management experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of leading revenue management for multiple hotels, driving revenue growth and improving profitability.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team in a dynamic environment, with multicultural awareness and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Estimated Salary: ₹2,500,000 - ₹4,000,000 per annum

This salary range is based on industry standards and location, taking into account the level of responsibility, required skills, and qualifications for this role.
